In 2005, Paul began
painting in oil on canvas and linen, keeping his own style and
maintaining the ‘pastel’ effect and appearance, which qualified him as
a finalist and award winner in the “International Artist” magazine’s
“My Favourite Things” category.
Paul’s work can be found in private and corporate collections in more
than two dozen countries around the world. He completed a commission
from the Sultan of Oman for two oil paintings, which are hanging in
the new palace.
Paul recently achieved personal record prices at the prestigious
Christies auction “Sporting Art, Wildlife & Dogs” category in November
2007. (Wild Art Africa Paintings)
Paul’s most recent solo exhibition was held in Swakopmund, Namibia in
March 2008 and proved to be a great success, creating opportunities
for the future of his wild life art in Namibia.
Paul has been
invited to be a featured artist in the “International Artist” magazine
and to give a write-up on himself and his work. -
